Clarissa and Robert are language assistants and they are helping students at the UNAM to improve their English. They do not know the city and want to know the location of some places in Copilco.
Clarissa: Well, I think we have three hours before the conversation class
starts. Let’s go and have a walk.
Robert: Sure. But I need to get some money from an ATM machine. Joselo, do you
know where the bank is?
Joselo: Of course. There is one near Copilco subway station. Next to the
supermarket.
Robert: Ok.
Clarissa: Oh, and I need to buy some medicine. Where is the drugstore?
Joselo: A drugstore? I’m not sure, but I think there is one across from the
gym, next to the bakery.
Clarissa: Fine. I think we can go and get the money. Then we can go and find a
place to eat. Is there any cheap restaurant with delicious food, Joselo?
Joselo: I know a place that sells salads, sandwiches and pasta. It is not very
expensive and I love its food.
Robert: Really? Where is it?
Joselo: It’s along Copilco street, on the left, between the dental clinic and
the gas station.
Clarissa: That sounds good!
Robert: Ok. So, let’s go and eat there and then we can go and buy your
medicine.
Clarissa: I agree.
