What do you think will be the major changes in Education 10 years from now?

Mario: Hi, Daniel. Thank you for inviting me to your show, I’m a big fan. Well, that’s interesting. major changes about the use of technology focused on education. First, because of the pandemic we could realize that technology plays a great role in providing education. Second, from my point of view, and more web-sites and apps focused on improving, creating and developing tools to help teachers and students be in touch and get closer. Then, I’m sure that community where you could share ideas about the benefits, advantages and drawbacks technology has in education, something similar to Wikipedia, but about technology only.

Host: Thank you Mario! Let’s stop here for a moment. Now, let’s ask Angie, what she thinks about the role the scientific community will have in 20 years concerning diseases and finding a cure to cancer and AIDS.

Angie: Thanks, Dani. It’s a pleasure to be here with all of you! Well, first, I think that of creating vaccines and, second, in a short period of time with great efficacy. The outbreak came with the pandemic that occurred in 2020 and 2021 because we created a lot of vaccines in a short period of time with great results to eradicate or control SARS-COV-2. Then, as far as I can see with mutations and the creation of new viruses that could bring a new pandemic. Finally, a vaccine that can help us cure Cancer and AIDS. I believe that we will have great results in the coming years and this will be very positive and hopeful.

Host: Thank you so much, Angie. Hope is still intact. Now, I think the questions we have about the environment concern us very much. Gabriel is here with us tonight. He’s an environmentalist and has participated in so many forums and congresses about climate change and its catastrophic effects on earth. Tell us, are we near to an imminent end of life as we know it?

Gabriel: Thanks, Dani! It’s really an honor to share my points of view in this important TV show. That’s an apocalyptical question but it isn’t far from reality. First, ways of creating sustainable energies to support what humanity has created. Second, , thirst, clean and breathable air because of droughts, more solar and harmful radiation and unpredictable hurricanes, volcano eruptions, and earthquakes if we don’t start acting now. From my point of view, we will live and bear what those castastrophic events bring with themselves. Fortunately, where all companies use renewable energies to function. Also, there will be more green roofs in important and big cities to cool buildings and houses and to reduce the use of central heatings.

Host: Thank you so much! We will continue listening to you and answering some questions of our amazing audience after this short TV commercial. Stay where you are!
